Broken computer again...

So the new computer we just got like 3 weeks ago, stopped working on Friday! It would freeze up and then show this blue screen with error codes on it. Not good! Well I called support and after an hour and some diagnostics they deemed that the memory wasn't working. I just knew this would be some long process to get someone out here to work on it, but to my surprise they came out on Monday and replace the memory and the hard drive. Now it is up and running again! Hopefully we are done with the computer hardships for a long while. Life is tough without a computer...
